İade
İnternet magazamızdan almıs oldugunuz ürünlerde bir sorun olması ya da aldıgınız ürünlerin ihtiyacınızı karsılamaması durumunda, teslimat sonrasında iade edebilirsiniz. Ürünlerin iadesi için belirtilen yasal süre, ürünü teslim almanızdan itibaren 15 gündür. Satın aldıgınız ürünün tekrar satılabilir özelligini yitirmemis olması sureti ile teslimat tarihinden itibaren 15 gün içerisinde faturanız ile iade edebilirsiniz.
İade etmek istediginiz ürünler, ilgili ekibimiz tarafından “Mesafeli SatısSözlesmesi”nde yer alan “Cayma Hakkı” ve “Cayma Hakkı Kullanılamayacak Ürünler’’ kapsamında hızlı ve dogru bir sekilde incelenecek ve sonuca baglanacaktır. Talebiniz degerlendirilecektir . İadenizin kabul edilmesi için, “Mesafeli Satıs Sözlesmesi”nde yer alan “Cayma Hakkı” ve “Cayma Hakkı Kullanılamayacak Ürünler” sartlarına uygun olmalıdır. İade etmek istediginiz ürünler "Mesafeli satıs sözlesmesi" sartlarına uygun ise para iadeniz, iade talebinizin tarafımıza ulasmasından itibaren sitemizden alısveris yaparken kullandıgımız kredi/banka kartınıza 14 gün içerisinde yapılacaktır.
İade Kosulları

Yasal İade Süresi ve Kosulları: Ürünlerin yasal iade süresi teslim tarihinden itibaren 15 gündür. İade edilecek ürünlerin tüm aksesuar ve ambalaj malzemeleriyle eksiksiz bir sekilde ve ürünün orijinal faturası ile birlikte gönderilmesi gereklidir. Faturasız iadeler kabul edilmemektedir.

İade Kosulları: Asagıda sayılan iade kosullarına uygun olmak kosuluyla aldıgınız ürünleri 15 gün içerisinde iade edebilirsiniz. İade edilecek ürünler, orijinal ambalajlarında (Orijinal ambalajı bozulmus; orijinal kutu üzerine kargo etiketi yapıstırılmıs ve kargo koli bandı ile bantlanmıs ürünler kabul edilmeyecegi için orijinal ambalajın bozulmayacak sekilde paketlenmesi ya da streçlenmesi gerekmektedir), tüm aksesuar ve ambalaj malzemeleriyle birlikte eksiksiz bir sekilde gönderilmeli, fiziksel açıdan hasar görmemis, kullanılmamıs ve yeniden satılabilir durumda olmalıdır. Ürünün mutlaka orijinal faturası ile birlikte gönderilmesi gereklidir. Faturasız iadeler kabul edilmemektedir.

“Mesafeli Satıs Sözlesmesi”ne göre asagıda sayılan ürünlerin iadesi yapılamamaktadır:

a) Fiyatı finansal piyasalardaki dalgalanmalara baglı olarak degisen ve SATICI’nın kontrolünde olmayan mal veya hizmetler

b) Ürünün arızalı ve ayıplı çıkması halleri dısında tesliminden sonra ambalaj, bant, mühür, paket gibi koruyucu unsurları açılmıs olan mallardan
İade Hazırlık Süreci

İadesini gerçeklestirmek istediginiz ürünün kodunu, iade sebebinizi ve istenen diger bilgileri ilgili bölümlere yazınız ve faturanızı mutlaka göndereceginiz paketin içerisine koyunuz.

İade talebiniz öncellikle SEIH İade Bölümü tarafından incelenir, yukarıda belirtilen sartlara uygun ise iade islemi baslatılır.

İade onaylandıgında, ürün ücreti yasal süre olan 14 günü içerisinde ödeme yaptıgınız yöntemle iade edilir. Bu süre SEIH'in iade ettiginiz ürünü teslim almasıyla baslar
İade Gönderimi

Sitemiz üzerinden vermis oldugunuz siparislerle ilgili iade taleplerinizi yasal süre olan 15 gün içinde www.seihistanbul.com üzerindeki “Üye Giris” sekmesindeki “Siparislerim” alanından iade talebi olusturarak yapabilirsiniz. İade talebinizin olumlu sonuçlanması durumunda Müsteri Hizmetlerimizin saglayacagı Kargo İade kodunu kullanarak 40363200 PTT ile satın almıs oldugunuz ürünleri iade edebilirsiniz.

İade talebiniz olumlu karsılansa da kullanılmıs, ambalajı açılmıs ya da bozulmus ürünlerin iadesi yapılamamaktadır. İade ettiginiz ürünlerin bu kosulları karsılamaması durumunda iade onayı iptal edilerek PTT kargo ile ürünleriniz Alıcı Ödemeli olarak tarafınıza gönderilecektir.

PTT Kargo dısındaki firmalarla yaptıgınız gönderilerde ödeme sizin tarafınızdan karsılanmıs olmalıdır, aksi halde gönderi teslim alınmaz.

Gönderinizin kargo firması tarafından teslim alınabilmesi için mutlaka güvenli tasınabilecek sekilde paketlenmis olması gerekmektedir.

Özel üretim yapılan renklerde ve özel üretime giren ölçülü ürünlerlerde degisim ve iade yapılmamaktadır.

Toptan yapılan satıslarda iade ve degisim yapılamaz.
Siparis İptal Etme
Siparisinizi olusturmanızın ardından aynı takvim günü içerisinde iptal edebilirsiniz. Bunun için 05447667608 numaralı telefon numarasını arayarak Müsteri Temsilcimizle görüsüp siparis iptali talebinizi geçebilirsiniz. Sonrasında siparisiniz iptale uygunsa temsilcimiz tarafından iptal edilecektir. Siparisin iptale uygun olması için siparisinizin atölyemiz tarafından üretime baslanmamıs olması gerekmektedir. Siparis verdiginiz ürünlerin üretim süreci basladıktan sonra iptal islemi yapılamamaktadır
Ücret iadeniz siparis durumunuz İptal Edildi göründügünde 24 saat içerisinde gerçeklesmektedir. Kartınıza yansıması Bankadan bankaya degisebilmekle birlikte birkaç gün içinde gerçeklesmekte olup, detaylı takibini bankanızdan saglayabilirsiniz.
Return If there is a problem with the products you bought from our online store or if the products you bought do not meet your needs, you can return them after delivery. The legal period specified for the return of the products is 15 days from the date of receipt of the product. Legal Return Period and Conditions: The legal return period of the products is 15 days from the delivery date. The products to be returned must be sent complete with all accessories and packaging materials and together with the original invoice of the product. Unpaid returns are not accepted. It must be undamaged, unused and in resalable condition. The product must be sent with its original invoice. Unpaid returns are not accepted. According to the "Distance Sales Contract", the products listed below cannot be returned: a) Goods or services whose price varies depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the SELLER. b) Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery, except in cases where the product is defective or defective.
Return Preparation Process Write down the code of the product you want to return, the reason for the return and other requested information in the relevant sections and put your invoice in the package you will send. Your return request is first examined by the SEIH Returns Department, and if it complies with the above-mentioned conditions, the return process is initiated. If your return request is positive, you can return the products you have purchased with 40363200 PTT using the Cargo Return code provided by our Customer Service. Even if your return request is accepted, used, unpackaged or damaged products cannot be returned. If the products you return do not meet these conditions, the return approval will be canceled and your products will be sent to you by PTT cargo with Buyer Pay. In the shipments you make with companies other than PTT Cargo, the payment must be covered by you, otherwise the shipment will not be received. In order for your shipment to be received by the cargo company, it must be packaged in a way that can be transported safely.
Order Cancellation You can cancel your order within the same calendar day after you place it. For this, you can contact our Customer Representative by calling 05447667608 and skip your order cancellation request. Afterwards, if your order is eligible for cancellation, it will be canceled by our representative. In order for the order to be eligible for cancellation, your order must not have started production by our workshop. Cancellation cannot be made after the production process of the products you have ordered has started. Your refund will be processed within 24 hours when your order status appears as Canceled. Although the reflection on your card may vary from bank to bank, it takes place within a few days and you can follow up in detail from your bank.
